You can use my program, torsions, written in C which is available by ftp
from:
ftp:bsmcha1.biochem.ucl.ac.uk/pub/martin/torsions.c
I have never tried it under DOS/Windows, but it should compile without
any problems if you have a C compiler. For larger proteins you'll almost
certainly want a compiler which get you beyond the 640K memory barrier!
