Does anyone know of a method for making polyacrylamide IEF gels whose
crosslinks can be disrupted later? I know there are some protocols for
dissolvable SDS-PAGE gels, but what about IEF?
I am currently using a native IEF protocol to analyze cell wall enzymes in
ripening fruit, and would like to recover proteins of interest. We have an
electroeluter, but I was wondering about other methods
for recovering proteins from nondenaturing polyacrylamide IEF gels.
