Hello !
I have noticed a research project about the expression and regulation
of
growth factors in skin cells. The methods to be applied include cell
cultures (of biopsy-samples I suppose), PCR and hybridisation.
The guy in charge made it sound TOO easy and so he got me wondering
what difficulties there are involved but I am in no position to
overlook this field. How difficult is it really ? How much time does it
take to get anywhere ? How does one isolate the growth factors ?
