In an attempt to identify the 170kD EGF receptor (in minced fetal
rat lung tissue) on PAGE/Western blots, I am consistently localizing a
115kd band and no 170kd band with primary anti-EGFR,biotinylated Prot G
and Avidin HRP.
Does anybody have any experience or suggestions
