During the synthesis of your peptide, add cysteine at the C-terminal end and
then conjugate to KLH or other protein carriers (containing SH group) via
Maleimidobenoyl-N-hydroxysuccinimide ester (MBS). I understand Pierce Chemical
has a kit. I hope this would help. Abul
