I am looking for a method to separate pth-amino acids using a C18 column.
Wonder if any out there can help in my application.
The gradient must be linear or made up of only a few linear steps and
the chromatography must be performed at room temperature. I need to isolate
bis-pth-gamma-glutamyl-epsilon-lysine. It elutes between pth-trp and pth-phe.
