Hi all,
The best reference for this I've yet seen is a book entitled, "Specificity
of Proteolysis" by Borivoj Keil (Springer-Verlag, 1992). It is a very well
written book that has an enormous amount of information on proteases and
their cleavage sites. They state that the book covers 295 proteases, 1082
protein substrates, 6300 degradation cases, and is compiled from 2200
publications. Highly recommended. Best regards, Shaun
