Hi Everyone,
I have an amino acid data set of partial dopa decarboxylase (DDC) gene
from 34 moths. I would like to see whether or not the composition of
amino acids is biased. To do this, I am going to compare the frequency of
my a.a. data set to the amino acid frequencies in other 'common` or
`normal` genes. Where can I find these `common` or `normal` amino acid
frequencies? Is there any published reference that I can read?
Your help will be greatly appreciated.
