Has anyone out there overexpressed the P1 polyprotein (uncleaved VP1,VP2,VP3, VP4) of any picornavirus (e.g. polio, rhino, fmdv, etc.) in any kind of expression system? If you have or know anyone or references please email me at b35 at mace.cc.purdue.edu. Thanks in advance. vic
