Fusion Vectors?

Dear netters .

Anybody  has any exprience with Fusion vectors ?

I would like to ask how we can induce expression of protein In fusion vectors
Inducible with IPTG by something els ( some suger or other reagent)

And Is it possible to produce recombinant proteins in larg scal by this vectors?
