Hi
Can anyone tell me of a good method of staining plant glycoproteins that have
been separated by polyacrylamide SDS-PAGE, or which are on nitrocellulose
membranes.
The answer to this would be greatly appreciated. I have tried Shiff-Periodate
staining and the results were not that good.
