Hi all
I am interested in finding out more about pi-bonding between the rings of
phenylalanines. I have been unable to find anything useful myself, and was
hoping some of you may have some references or information that would help
me understand this interaction. My interest is in Phe residues interacting
with each other in adjacent helices in transmembrane proteins (mainly G-
protein coupled receptors).
If anyone knows of a reference, I would really appreciate it.
