It take it you are referring to the beta-alpha-beta motif?

I was looking for a complete makeup for many domains, such
as this one for the b-a-b as follows:

============================================================
Average length of the structural components of the bab unit:
------------------------------------------------------------

Beta-Sheet          5.5 (+- 1.8)  *
Coil                5.3 (+- 4.9)
Alpha-Helix        11.9 (+- 3.2)  *
Coil                4.6 (+- 3.4)
Beta-Sheet          5.2 (+- 1.5)  *

Average fitting value 221 (+- 76), where the fitting value
is the product of the length of asterisked components.

(The fitting value cannot exceed 300).
