I am not quite sure if this is the right place to post the following question.
I happened to know that there are "molecular graphics systems" which can be
used to display the surface of the protein and DNA - protein interactions, etc.
Could anyone give me any information about where I can find those systems (
ftp sites or company name) ?
I would really appreciate it !
