Does anyone have any program that could analyse CD spectra of proteins to give quantitative estimates of the different secondary structures present? I will be grateful if you could email me the source code or an executable file in any environment (DOS/Unix/VMS). Thanks. vic b35 at mace.cc.purdue.edu
