I need help on C18-Reversed Phase HPLC of tryptic peptides containing tyrosine phosphate!
There was a rumor that on conventional HPLC columns more than 50% of the
phosphopeptide gets lost by adsorbing to the inner metal surface. Did you experience
such problems and if so, how did you solve them? Have you heard about plastic columns?
