I need help on C18-Reversed Phase HPLC of tryptic peptides containing tyrosine phosphate!
There was a rumor that on conventional HPLC columns more than 50% of the
phosphopeptide gets lost by adsorbing to the inner metal surface. Did you experience
such problems and if so, how did you solve them? Have you heard about plastic columns?
looking forward to your answer
