Information on FUSION PROTEIN

 Hi,
 
 can anyone help me with this problem.
 
 I am working on Fusion Protein whose function is to link togheter two
 membranes (e.g. viral membrane and cellular membrane).
 
 I have a protein sequence and my problem is to search in Eukaryotic
 proteins, definited regions for this function.
 
 Can anyone help me on how solve this problem.
