A couple of researchers here would like to be able to generate 3D coordinates
from the stereo images published in journals. They would like to be able to
scan in a stereo image of a stick model, and by picking the same atom in
each view, have the computer generate its coordinates. Is there any existing
software, either commercial or public-domain, that does this? Failing that,
can anyone suggest an algorithm for this calculation? Thanks in advance.
