Dear netters,
Mitiko Go's graphic method, the C-C distance map, or, simply, the Go plot,
to show compact modular structural units of exons has been a high point
of interests in our lab recently. Does any one know more Go plots have
been done in other protein examples since his own 1981 and 1983 publications?
