Am trying to study auxin-binding in weeds in reference to resistant biotypes or
accessions towards auxin-like herbicides, but am having a hard time even detecting any binding. Have tried using corn coleoptiles as a control, but no luck
yet. Why am I not having as high of a success as other people who have tried
studying auxin-binding with unpurified protein?
