Try using Antonio Costa's rtrace 7.3 which is a general purpose
ray-tracer. He has written a few filters which convert
a PDB file into something easily digestable by rtrace. (I have
used rtrace with excellent results).
His email address is: acc at basinger.inescn.pt

Antonio may be able to help you with this.
