In the animal world, the tiny nematode C. elegans has been chemically
and biologically analyzed in great detail. I'm trying to find studies
that have tried to analyze all of the compounds in a single fruit or
vegetable. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'd like to use
this information as an example of the staggering number of different
substances we eat each day.
