It's an "Apocynaceae"  which means it's related to vinca (myrtle)
Olianders, and star-jasmine.  As a houseplant, it tends to get VERY
buggy!  It's easy to grow, but it gets BIG !    To give you cultural
info, you'll have to tell me where you live.
The latin generic name is Plumeria.
