Biophytum sensitivium is a Oxalidaceae member which grows in the
Indo-Pacific region. It may or may not be native to Australia, but it
grows there possibly as an import. Biophytum sp. also grows all over
central-eastern Africa; infact Biophytum Helenae which grows in Uganda
also exhibits the same sensitivity as its' pacific counterpart.
