The book, "Cornucopia: A Source Book of Edible Plants", (page 51)
lists under both Dentaria diphylla (two-leaved toothwort, Pepper-root,
crinkleroot) and Dentaria laciniata (cut-leaved toothwort)
that their roots are tasty, with a peppery or horseradish-like taste.
Have anyone "out there" ever ate these roots? How to grow them?
Where might I buy seeds?
