Nope -- not it (but thanks!).

My leaves are definitely green (not a hint of red, really), and those
of the Codiaeum look reddish. Mind doesn't have terribly visible
veins; it's outstanding characteristic are the silver spots. (The
leaves, btw, are about 3 inches long and .5 - .75 inches wide. They're
thin, not fleshy, and the silver spots are flat as well.)

I believe it's flowered once in the past 20 years, but I'm not sure.
Certainly not in the last few.
