care to describe habitat conditions for locations they know about?
Observed any seedlings (not underground runners) around cultivated plants?
Though in cultivation for about a century, Neviusia alabamensis occurs
naturally in only about a half dozen isolated locations (TN, northeast MS,
north Alabama, north central AR, and north GA). One of the rarest
shrubs in the southeastern U.S.!
