I have learned about Roux;s experiment of embryonic induction,
(where he killed one cell of a fertilized frog egg after it has
divided into two cells and half an embryo develops from the
living half) and of the hair-loop experiment of Spemann and
Mangold. (where the fertilized egg divdes into two and is then
seperated and each cell devleops into a complete embryo) Would
anyone know how to repeat these experiments on plant cells
after they have been freshly fertilized?
