There has been a number of messages lately on this net dealing with PCR
directly from small amount of plant tissues.
Now what about RT-PCR from small (tiny) amount of plant tissues?
Is it possible to break or lyse the sample cells in a tube (without
crushing etc... of course) to get intact RNAs and make RT-PCR all in the
same tube (or
alternatively purify RNAs with oligo-dT magnetic beads for instance) ?
