I believe a person with biochemical training and an interest in applying
that training to the study of parasitic organisms or parasitic diseases
would be looked on favorably for this position. For more information,
please correspond with Dr. Aronson (aronsonn at sungcg.usouthal.edu) or see
the advertisement in Science 283(5Feb99):870.

Faculty Position in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology

The Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University
of South Alabama College of Medicine seeks applications for a
tenure-track Assistant up to Full Professor to begin as early as July 1,
1999. Excellent salary, start-up funds, and laboratory space will be
provided. Candidates must show strong promise of maintaining
extramural funds for their research and are to train both graduate and
