Live bearing reptile Ascarid?

So far, responses generated here have been very helpful.

Anyone care to suggest potential species of live bearing roundworms
found in lizards? Specifically, adults are large (2"+) and can be 
vomitted by infected Chameleo parsoni intact. Microscopy reveals
live offspring in adult worms.
