Printing Trees from PHYLIP

I rename and save the outfile as a .txt file, import to MS Word and edit 
the file as a document (I use Courier font).  Printing is then a piece of 
cake.  This, of course, does not produce publication quality graphics, 
but it at least allows you to print.
