All programs will display the observed transmission ratio, so you can
simply test this against your own specified null by hand eg

This is a transmission ratio of 66.7% (12/18), which has a 95%
confidence interval of 41.9% to 86.6% (obtainable from standard tables,
or from a stats package). This is the range of specified null values it
is consistent with at the 5% level.
