Hi,
I am currently trying to do multipoint analysis on an incredibly inbred dog
pedigree (father mated to sisters, daughters etc, with animals having
several mates) with many loops. Although I can use LINKAGE v3 for 2 point
mapping, multipoint mapping seems to elude me. I've tried homoz without any
success and fastmap seems to just tie up the computers for hours on end
without actually producing anything.
Any ideas anyone?
