hi there! is anyone out there, who knows a web-site, where i can download a pc-program for checking restriction enzyme mapping (cuts) sites? so far i found http://darwin.bio.geneseo.edu/~yin/WebGene/RE.html but there you can do the search only online. thanx for reply walter
