submitting genetic marker

Dear netters,

We have isolated a polymorphic CA-repeat microsatellite sequence and
have mapped it by linkage analysis in families between two known
markers that are 1.8 centiMorgan apart (Genethon map).  

Where can we submit the sequence / linkage data and where and how
can we obtain a marker name for example in the form 'D13S1312'.
