Hello,
I recently downloaded SIMLINK for DOS from Michael Boehnke's
website <http://www.sph.umich.edu/group/statgen/software/>, but cannot get
it to unzip. From Windows (after double clicking on the SMNLNKZIP.EXE icon)
I get a message that "SMNLNKZIP.EXE is not a valid Win32 application". If I
try to unzip from DOS (by typing SMNLNKZIP) I get a message that the
program is too big to fit in memory. Other programs downloaded from the
site unzip fine, but of course SIMLINK is what I really need to get running
urgently. I have tried the few DOS/Windows tricks that I know for altering
memory assignment to programs, but with no success.
Has anyone on this list dealt with this problem, or have any
advice on installing SIMLINK for DOS? is there any other way to get DOS
executables for SIMLINK?
