Hallo,
I try to analyse data on an inbred family. But using LINKAGE, it takes weeks...
when it succeeds!
The family is composed of 71 individuals out of which only 32 DNA are available
(8 affected individuals). And there are 7 consanguinity loops.
I know I could perform homozigosity mapping, but at the moment I'd like to
obtain LOD scores for some markers.
Do you have any idea for me?
