I would like to quantitate ARN but i have a small amounts of them.
I can't determine the quantity of ARN with spectrophotometre (GenQuant).
I think with a PCR quantitative i can resolve my problem. .
What do you think of this.
I search a protocol for PCR quantitative if it is a good idea.
