New Set of Workshops to be Initiated at This Congress
------------------------------------------------------------------------
An added component for this year is the establishment of
chromosome workshops. Each workshop, chaired by a senior
investigator familiar with linkage studies, will cover one
chromosome and integrate all known findings relevant to any
psychiatric syndrome for that chromosome. Data to be included
in these workshops should be submitted as an abstract, similar
to others for the meeting. Each investigator will have an
opportunity to display the data on a poster that will be present
in the room where the workshops convene. The purpose of these
workshops will be to map each finding and examine consistencies
and inconsistencies accross investigative groups and psychiatric
diagnoses.
