Does anyone know if GAS is capable of doing sib pair analysis for a sex linked trait? I know that "sexlinked" is an option in the .loc file, but it is unclear to me whether this option is meaningful for the sib pair programs (SIBDES, etc). Thanks in advance for any help. John Rogus
