is there any software in existance that is capable of constructing
linkage maps from outcrossed family data AND ALSO performing QTL
analysis? i am currently limited to a single locus approach for QTL
analysis and my best attempt at "interval mapping" QTLs has been to use
two-way/many-way anovas within linkage groups where QT associations are
found. is there anything more "sophisticated" available out there??
