Typing for some but not all loci is available by anonymous ftp to ftp.ceph.fr
Start your search in the subdirectory /pub/ceph_genotype_db. Be warned
the files are arranged by chromosome and are big! Also search the Marshfield
markers by anonymous ftp to mfldclin.edu -in the pub/genotypes directory. These
markers are also arranged in subdirectories by chromosome. Research Genetics
make human screening sets and their most recent primers set is sold with the
typings on 1331 01 and 1331 02. They can be reached by fax at 205-
536-9016.

The naming of the CEPH individuals can sometimes appear arcane. eg
individual 1347 02 used in the Genethon map (Nature Genetics) is also known
as 1347 8445 and sometimes as 10859 - depending on where you search.
Hope this helps.
