Hello

A very polymorphic marker often used is D1S80. plenty of literature. A few
months ago (last year) an article about this subject has been published
(Am.J.Hum.Genet.) about the PCR based paternity testing. Very nice. I
don't have the reference right here, but if you search medline...well I
did it for you:

Rapid and efficient resolution of parentage by amplification of short
tandem repeats. Am J Hum Genet 55: 190-5 (1994)

It is a nice article

Luc
