I am trying to find data on variation of allele frequencies in European
subpopulations for polymorphic markers with heterozygosities greater than
or equal to .70. Any markers are fine so long as I have data on two or
more populations, e.g., Italians and Swedes. I access the GDB (Hopkins)
by WWW and find that I can't quite get what I want--it gives me one
population at a time and I have to look at individual items to see if data
on other populations are included. It might be that the data I want don't
exist in the GDB. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Have you done
this before?
Thanks in advance,
Mike
