Hello, It is indeed not so good to freeze the DNA samples. We store our samples in a refrigerator at +4C. We extract DNA from whole blood samples from the leucocytes and purify it by standard phenol extraction (Sambrook, Maniatis et al.) Greetings, Luc Krols
