The Cooperative Human Linkage Center (CHLC) is a federally funded genome
center directed by:
Dr. Jeffrey Murray
Professor of Pediatrics
The University of Iowa

The goal of this center is to generate a high resolution genetic map of the
human genome composed of user-friendly markers and rapidly distribute this
information to the genomics community.
In addition to distributing the information, the CHLC Informatics groups
maintains public servers for primer generation and for linkage against the
CHLC marker sets.
Information on what is available and how to find it can be obtained by
sending any electronic mail message to:
info-server at chlc.org
You should receive a rapid reply via the electronic mail.
The data and various on-line services are maintained by the CHLC Informatics
Core located at the Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia, under the
direction of Dr. Kenneth Buetow and managed by Robert K. Stodola.
Should you be unable to get the info-server reply, you may request assistance
