At the request of my wife, doing her M SC in Human genetics, I would like
to ask for info or sources on sequencing techniques. She needs specific
information (eg. PCR tricks, cleaning(?) DNA, etc).
As I don't follow these newsgroups regularly (although a positive response
to this request could change that), would you please e-mail answers to me?
