The "Handbook of Human Genetic Linkage" by Terwilliger and Ott will be
released in May or early June at the latest. The first bound books are
expected to be printed and finished in mid-April. The book can be
ordered from the Johns Hopkins University Press in Baltimore. They can
tell you when the public release data will be.
