You could tell us more abou the system you're using.
I suppose you load the cyrillic program before starting
Windows, and not from the Windows DOS-prompt ?
Which DOS-version do you have ?
Is the cyrillic program meant to be used with some specific
word processor (f.ex. WordPerfect), or is it meant to be loaded
during the excution of autoexec.bat ?
